Personalised products cannot be resold. Therefore, we can’t accept returns.

We aim to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the quality of a product or your order arrives damaged, please get in touch and we will do our best to make it right.

We are not responsible for blurry images, misspellings or any other errors resulting from the customer’s negligence. Please make sure to double check your projects before completing an order.

Digital products are non refundable but if you are unhappy with the quality or if it’s not fit for purpose, please do get in touch for an exchange, reformat or refund (at discretion).
